Here's what we know about you. You are looking for something different because either what you are doing now is not a fit, not fulfilling, it is not allowing for work/life balance, or it does not pay enough. Success in our business.
You cannot afford to stay in business without a resource which in insurance is leads because that is what converts to clients. Leads are simply any person that expresses interest in something. Some companies want you to create a list of 100 friends or family, want you to buy leads that have been worked by dozens of people, go knock on doors, others use some form of bait and switch tactic that though may be legal is at best unethical, or just call people at random.

6. Synergize (the sum is greater than the parts)
Since we are independent agents, we work with them alongside the carriers to get our clients covered. Who do we work for? Ourselves. Who pays us? The carriers when we convert a lead to a client.
